You're getting a chemical expert when you hire a professional with these many years of experience. But instead of trying to sell you on the service I will tell you what I won't do. I won't over charge you. If you can find chemicals cheaper, I will even go pick it up for you if I can.   I won't skip your stop without you knowing. It's not a practice for long relationships. I keep my solid reputation by not overreaching. This is why all my residential pools are near the schools where most of my week is spent. I also don't pay for the chemicals used in your pool like tabs and additives. Most need these additives or methods are commonplace. I can however sell these items of pick them up from your local pool supply on your stop day. We do have a Block Saving Program. Service Includes:

• Brush tile and walls
• Net out debris
• Vacuum if necessary
• Test and balance water chemistry using prescribed chemicals.
• Blow debris away from pool edges using electric blower. (service ends 10ft from pool edge) 
• Empty baskets and pump pots
• Check all connection points and equipment for leaks. 
• Provide visit report/monthly water report
• We keep a digital record of every test available for your pool water along with what types of chemicals are needed. 
• We always do something even on rainy days. 

Available but invoiced separately at $55/hr. plus the part cost.  1 hour min and then charged in half hour increments. (As long as it's the right part customer can provide all parts needed, I'll even go pick it up from the local store you bought it from if it will fit in my truck)
