Customers are responsible for purchasing the necessary parts and/or chemicals for any service provided by Steven. He only charges for labor. If a wrong part is purchased due to an error in judgment on Steven's part, he may be able to return it and get the right one if it was purchased from the recommended location. Other than diagnostic appointments, payment is only required after the completion of the repair, regardless of natural disasters or weather conditions. The only service we charge in advance is for our diagnostic services. Maintenance plans are sent on a payment invoice and are emailed in advance via customers's supplied email. This way the service subscription ends when your monthly or annual payment ends. Onsite, there is a $49 deposit to start repair or service. Simply show Steven the receipt and he'll get started. Any labor charges due are collected when the repair or service is completed. This is why we recommend the diagnostic. Should you go that route we credit that when the repair is started. Prepaid diagnostic appointments can be canceled up to 2 hours before cancelation. a $15 cancelation fee to cover in-route transit costs may apply.
